One styled table for your approval
Candles and vessels are rentals and remain Novel Terrace property. Candle lighting before doors and wax cleanup at strike are included in the service fee. We confirm your venue's flame policy before quoting.
The Complete Table
A centerpiece, candlescape and styling, quoted as one price per table for your event.
Fees and terms
Floral pricing follows the flower market. Tablescape and service prices stay fixed.
- Event minimum
- $2,500–$3,500, higher on peak dates.
- Service fee
- 15–25% of the event subtotal, covering delivery, setup and strike.
- Floral quotes
- Valid for 30 days and subject to market adjustment until 14 days before the event.
- Peak dates
- A surcharge applies near Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and in December.
- Payment
- A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date. The balance is due 14 days before.
- Corporate terms
- Net 30 for repeat clients with a purchase order.
- Changes
- Final counts and design changes are due 14 days before.
- Rush orders
- Add 20–25% for bookings inside 10 days.
- Rentals
- Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost.
Client programs
Benefits apply to tablescape and service lines.
Multi-event clients
Three or more events a year: waived delivery or a rental credit on each event.
Planners, caterers and venues
A preferred rate on tablescape and service lines.
Weekly office accounts
Priority event booking and a complimentary candle package for each event.
